FAQ's

How is an infrared sauna different from a regular sauna?

A traditional sauna heats the air around you — often to 180°F or more — and the heat reaches you from the outside in. An infrared sauna uses infrared light to warm your body directly, so the air stays much cooler while you still sweat.

In practice that means it’s far more tolerable. People who find traditional saunas stifling or hard to breathe in usually do fine with infrared. You can comfortably sit for 20 to 30 minutes rather than tapping out at 10.

Same sweat, same recovery benefits, much less of the “I need to get out of here” feeling.

Two to four times a week is where most of our regular members land. Sessions run 15 to 30 minutes, so it’s easy to fit in.

Like most recovery therapies, consistency matters more than intensity. Three 20-minute sessions a week will do more for you than one long session every other week.

If you’re new to it, start at 15 minutes and see how you feel. Most people work up to 25 or 30 within a few weeks.

A single walk-in session is $40.

Most people use a membership. Starter is $99/month for 8 credits — around $12 a session — and those credits also cover cold plunge, red light therapy, and compression therapy. Standard is $149 for 12 credits, Premium is $197 for unlimited.

At our Round Rock location we also offer contrast therapy: a private 60-minute room with both infrared sauna and cold plunge, for $60.

Bring water and drink more than you think you need — before and after. That’s the one thing people underestimate.

We provide towels. Most people wear workout clothes or a swimsuit; whatever you’re comfortable sweating in.

Come in without heavy lotions or makeup so your skin can sweat freely, and if you’re pairing sauna with cold plunge, do the sauna first — heat opens circulation and finishing cold leaves you alert rather than sleepy.
