Experience compression therapy at MedFusion Wellness, where dynamic air compression helps improve circulation, reduce swelling, relieve muscle soreness, and support faster recovery and overall wellness.
Compression therapy supports recovery by encouraging healthy circulation and fluid movement. Sessions help relieve muscle fatigue, reduce heaviness, and leave you feeling refreshed and rebalanced.
Session Length: Compression therapy sessions typically last 15–20 minutes, making them an easy and effective addition to your recovery or wellness routine.
Experience: You’ll relax comfortably while dynamic air pressure gently moves through NormaTec compression sleeves, creating a rhythmic, massage-like sensation. The treatment is painless and deeply soothing.
How It Works: Sequential air compression helps improve circulation, reduce swelling, flush metabolic waste, and support faster muscle recovery and healing.
Customization Options: Choose between Normatec 3 full-leg compression boots to target tired or sore legs, or a hip and lower-back attachment for focused relief after workouts or long days on your feet.
Safety & Comfort: Compression therapy at MedFusion Wellness uses FDA-approved technology and is administered by trained professionals in a clean, controlled environment.
You sit or recline while the NormaTec sleeves inflate and deflate in a rhythmic pattern, moving from your feet upward. Most people describe it as a firm, pulsing massage — pressure that builds, holds, then releases and moves up the leg.
It’s not painful. The pressure is adjustable, so if it feels like too much we turn it down. Sessions run 15 to 20 minutes and most people end up on their phone or half asleep.
If you’ve ever had your blood pressure taken, it’s a similar sensation — just gentler, longer, and moving in waves.
The main uses our clients come in for:
Runners and anyone doing leg-heavy training tend to feel it most. But a lot of our regulars are nurses, teachers, and anyone who stands for a living.
There’s no downside to frequent use, so it comes down to what you need it for.
Training hard? After every hard session, or at least twice a week. Legs just feel heavy? Two or three times a week is plenty. Recovering from a specific issue? Daily for a stretch is fine.
At 15 to 20 minutes it’s the easiest of our services to fit in, which is why members often pair it with something else — sit in the boots, then do red light or sauna in the same visit.
A single walk-in session is $40.
Most people use a membership. Starter is $99/month for 8 credits — about $12 a session — and those credits also cover infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy. Standard is $149 for 12 credits, Premium is $197 for unlimited.
Because compression is short, it stacks well. Many members do compression plus one other service in a single visit and use two credits.

The red light therapy, cold plunge, and massage were all top-tier and left me feeling completely renewed. The space is clean, calming, and clearly designed with wellness in mind. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience feel personalized and relaxing.Posted on AlexisTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I highly recommend a massage by Rodney followed by red light therapy! Hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. The facility was very clean, both of my sessions were on time, and I am now very relaxed! I will absolutely be back.Posted on ShelleyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. There's such a difference when a massage therapist has intuition. I've been a masseuse for over 40 years and have sustained multiple injuries derived from repetitive motion. Rodney is a body builder, trainer and masseuse who has worked in multiple settings including ships, chiropractic clinics, spas and wellness settings. He not only has the knowledge and experience, but the intuitive knowing that makes your experience one of profound change. Multiple issues were addressed within my first hour. I will be a regular as his work is that effective!Posted on WEITrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rodney is amazing! Would Recommend!Posted on ShefaliTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I did cryo, red light therapy, and the normatech leg compression sleeves here. The staff were incredibly kind and informative from the moment I arrived. I was new to a lot of these treatments, and they walked me through what to expect and what would make sense for the issues I was having. The facility itself is clean and comforting, and the treatments had me feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated on my way out! Highly recommend.Posted on CheriTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. You all have helped me get so much mobility back. I enjoy our conversations as much as the therapies! It's my favorite place to go. I am fairly certain the prices can't be beat either!
