FAQ's

How long until you see results?

It depends on what you’re after. Skin changes tone, texture, fine lines tend to show up first, often within four to six weeks of consistent use. Recovery and soreness benefits are usually noticed sooner, sometimes after the first few sessions.

We’ll be straight with you: red light therapy works through consistency, not intensity. One session feels good but won’t change much. Think in months, not weeks. Clients who come two or three times a week for three months see the difference. Clients who come twice and stop generally don’t.

Most clients do two to three sessions a week. Each one runs about 20 minutes, so it fits into a lunch break.

That’s the honest reason our memberships have a three-month minimum it’s not a lock-in, it’s the timeframe where the therapy actually does something. At two to three sessions a week you’re looking at roughly 24 to 36 sessions in that window, which is where most people start noticing real change.

A single walk-in session is $40.

Most clients join a membership because the math is better. Starter is $99/month for 8 sessions — about $12 each. Standard is $149/month for 12 sessions. Premium is $197/month for unlimited.

Membership credits also work for infrared sauna, cold plunge, and compression therapy, so you’re not locked into red light alone. All memberships run a three-month minimum, then continue month to month.

Red light pairs well with almost everything we offer, and most clients stack two or three in one visit:

  • Infrared sauna — the most common pairing. Sauna first to warm up and increase circulation, then red light.
  • Cold plunge — good after training. Red light for tissue recovery, cold plunge for inflammation and soreness.
  • Compression therapy — pairs naturally if your legs are the issue. Sit in the boots, then do red light.
  • Vibration plate — we often add this to red light sessions to support circulation and lymphatic flow.
  • Massage — red light before a deep tissue session warms the tissue and many clients find the work more comfortable.

Since membership credits cover red light, sauna, cold plunge, and compression, stacking costs you credits rather than extra fees.
